Fun

We have a great time whilst doing great work. We spend a huge amount of our time with each other and aim for as little of that time to feel like actual “work.”

We go to great lengths to only employ awesome people, and it’s important that we all get along and have a great time. This means making time to hang out and be sociable.

Company-wide events like Team Day are designed to get everyone in the same room all sharing ideas and having a good giggle, so take advantage!

Care

We take great care to ensure our work is of the highest quality. This extends beyond our work; at Vanti we also take care of ourselves, each other, and our clients to ensure that we all succeed.

We’re a team of people, not a bunch of numbers who work together. We value everyone’s contribution and help them achieve their personal goals and ambitions. We expect you to be personally accountable and take responsibility for your own development, supporting members of your team and asking for help or guidance when you need it.
